Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has distanced himself from the Arsenal job, despite initially being installed as the bookmaker’s favourite.
Rodgers has been rumoured to be one of the names on Arsenal’s shortlist, alongside Luis Enrique, Max Allegri, Patrick Vieira, Mikel Arteta and Carlo Ancelotti.
But speaking after Celtic’s defeat to Hibernian on Saturday, Rodgers revealed that he is committed to his current club.
“I’ve always said that I’m living my dream here,” Rodgers said.
“There will be somewhere I can go and maybe earn two or three times more money – but it’s not about that.
“I would speak to the board but it will take something extraordinary to take me from here.
“After this season I have three more years and will be so happy if I can see those out.
“I am privileged to be here as the manager. I want to help the club grow and develop.”
