The Manchester United goalkeeper put in a stunning display against Arsenal, while the Chelsea star impressed once again with two goals

DAVID DE GEA – MANCHESTER UNITED

The shot stopper illustrated why many see him as the world’s best with an incredible display against Arsenal. The 14 saves he made to keep United in the lead is the joint-most in a Premier League game in the last 14 years.

KYLE WALKER – MANCHESTER CITY

The right-back put in a solid display as his side edged past West Ham, making five tackles — joint-highest in the game with Fabian Delph.

RYAN SHAWCROSS – STOKE CITY

Shawcross was key as Stoke sealed a 2-1 win over Swansea City and made a team-high 12 clearances.

ASHLEY WILLIAMS – EVERTON

The Everton defender made 13 clearances as the Toffees maintained a second consecutive clean sheet in a 2-0 win over Huddersfield.

RYAN BERTRAND – SOUTHAMPTON

Although the Saints were held to a 1-1 draw at Bournemouth, Bertrand’s three chances created were the highest of any other player in the game.

KEVIN DE BRUYNE – MANCHESTER CITY

Instrumental yet again with an assist on David Silva’s winner against West Ham, De Bruyne made more passes than any other City player, with 93 of his 114 coming in the opposition half.

DAVID SIVLA – MANCHESTER CITY

The winning goal scorer created more chances than any team-mate as they preserved their eight-point lead at the top.

PHILIPPE COUTINHO – LIVERPOOL

The Brazil international was the star of the show as Liverpool beat Brighton 5-1, scoring once, forcing an own goal and provided two assists.

JESSE LINGARD – MANCHESTER UNITED

Lingard was a lively presence in attack as the Red Devils got the better of Arsenal at the Emirates. Three of his side’s four shots on target came from him, with two hitting the net.

ROBERTO FIRMINO – LIVERPOOL

The Brazilian had two shots on target against Brighton and that was all he needed to net two goals as the Reds moved up to fourth.

EDEN HAZARD – CHELSEA

The nine shots Hazard had on Saturday was more than Newcastle’s team, and he proved more effective with two goals in the 3-1 victory.
